The Gift Planning Conversation (CF Connect Conference Series, Session 6)

  • 09/21/2021
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Zoom

Registration is closed

How in the world did you get a job where you have to talk to people about money, death and taxes? Starting gift planning conversations with donors can feel overwhelming and intrusive, especially if these concepts are new for you. We’ll share how to identify your planned giving prospects and how to listen for the important clues that can open gift planning conversations with your donors. Throughout this session, presenters will pay special attention to how you can convey the unique ways that community foundations can serve charitably minded people.

This session has been designed for host, standalone and affiliate community foundations.

The gift estate and planning sessions of the Connect Conference Series are being presented through a partnership with Heaton Smith.
