ICoF Member 2021 COVID-19 Response and Public Policy Call

The Iowa Council of Foundations invites all members to join us for a virtual conversation to discuss ongoing needs and pandemic response efforts as we enter into 2021, as well as a preview of public policy priorities for the 2021 legislative session. We will hear from three content experts at the beginning of our call:
- Lisa Cushatt, Director, Iowa ACEs360 – sharing an overview of the 2020 Iowa ACEs Report and a preview of their 2021 Public Policy Priorities.
- Di Findley, Executive Director, Iowa CareGivers – sharing what they have learned from Iowa CareGivers during the pandemic and providing an overview of their 2021 State Policy Priorities.
- Deann Cook, Executive Director, United Ways of Iowa – sharing the results of their COVID-19 Financial Impact Study, which was conducted to better understand the financial impacts of the pandemic and recovery on individual Iowa households. She will also share an overview of the 2021 Public Policy Priorities.
ICoF President Kari McCann Boutell will also share the results of the ICoF’s 2020 COVID-19 and Derecho Response Efforts Survey and highlight the ICoF’s public policy priorities for 2021.
The second part of the call will allow time for participants to ask questions of their peers or provide updates on their work or strategies for 2021.
