The Iowa Council of Foundations strengthens the collective power of philanthropy by connecting people and organizations to a diverse and exciting learning community.  We convene grantmakers that invest in charitable programs, projects and organizations in communities all across the state.

Beginning in 2021, the ICoF is pleased to make available several benefits plan opportunities to help your employees stay healthy, feel secure and maintain a positive work-life balance. 2021 Grantmaker Salary and Benefits Report
In 2021 the ICoF asked members to complete the Council on Foundations’ Grantmaker Salary and Benefits Survey. Through a strategic partnership between COF and United Philanthropy Forum, the ICoF staff can now pull customized data and reports for our members.
